Parenting Presentation

The guys at Bauer Media asked us to redesign their sales presentation. Together we decided to go with a heavily stylised solution incorporating vintage style animation and print advertising. The purpose of this is to show how the Bauer parenting titles are challenging established attitudes towards marketing to their demographic.
The presentation was designed in Flash and featured a healthy dose of humour with lots of specially designed elements and type treatments.
Manhattan Toys

Working as an Art Director for Bauer Media, Christie designed and illustrated a single page advertorial for Mother&Baby magazine. On the reverse there are illustrations of the Manhattan Toy characters, ready to be coloured in.
Bauer Photographic Studio

We were asked to create a logo for the Photography Department of Bauer Media. Using a stylised illustration of a camera we developed a brand with a practical, vintage feel.
We were very pleased with range of options we came up with for the project, some of which are featured below.
Mother & Baby Awards 08/09

Working as an Art Director for Bauer Media, Christie collaborated with James on designing the invitation for the Mother & Baby Awards 2008/2009. We produced a two colour solution, in a rich black with luminous pink lettering and graphics.
The invitation had a custom bi-fold with the logo half die cut to hide the message text.

Working as an Art Director for Bauer Media, Christie designed the logo for Pregnancy & Birth Magazine’s annual awards, The Bloom Awards 2007. She designed a detailed, soft, illustrated solution that was applied across the material for the event.
